The AVAIR folding knife is finally here! With over 2+ years of design and R&D I'm pleased to say that this knife finally embodies everything I wanted in a perfectly designed minimal EDC folder knife. Optional SKIFF bearings and fully skeletonized 6AL-4V Titanium scales surrounding our custom compound ground Böhler M390 blade make this knife a true high-end folding knife contender. The timeless design and minimal architecture of the AVAIR isn't something you see in most high-end folders until now — this isn't just another folding knife, it's truly outstanding!

The Ultimate Premium Folder For Your Inner Minimalist
I designed the AVAIR to perfectly embody everything I wanted in an ultimate titanium framelock folder. With over 2 years in development and countless improved prototypes, the AVAIR now stands as a true work of art and style with an eye on minimalism. It's unique subtle but minimal pyramid-wedge profile makes it highly unique, but also highly ergonomic in the hand. I worked hard to incorporate both straight and curved lines while maintaining a cohesive modern and minimal design that will last and look good for a lifetime. Every detail has been taken into consideration, from the optimized weight-reduced skeletonized and CNC contoured 6AL-4V Titanium scales, to the real BÖHLER M390 MICROCLEAN blade steel imported from Kapfenberg, Austria. Our custom turned screws are also fully contoured to the body and machined in place for near zero tolerances. This isn't an easy knife to make, but with each use, I believe the AVAIR will exceed all expectations as the ultimate high-end titanium frame lock knife.

- Designed, Inspected and assembled in the US with parts from USA, CN and Kapfenberg, Austria.
- Ultra smooth operation gliding on brass caged black ceramic bearings or optional SKIFF bearings if chosen. (SKIFF bearings make this knife feel out of this world)
- Optional +$25 micro-milling perfectly aligned to the custom 5-sided pivot screw and micro-milled into both RH sure sides for an ultimate minimal design appearance.
- CNC’D 6AL-4V Titanium Deep-Carry Clip — reversible for LH or RH carry attached to a custom rear spacer that meets perfectly with the blade when closed.
- Optional MICRO-SLASH milling, or PVD/DLC Jet-Black coating on either smooth or MICRO-SLASH milling.
- Ceramic Detent Ball for smoother operation and longevity
- Replacable dual-screw mounted lock-bar insert with included extended-length +.01mm lockbar insert for future peace of mind. Grind this down to the perfect locking position after a lifetime of use if needed.
- One-Handed Flipper Deployment Operation
- Each knife is numbered with a signed certificate of authenticity from Exceed Designs and LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturing defects when you register.
