What you are signing up for
When you tick the text box on one of our drop sign-up forms and enter your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Exceed Designs at that number. The messages are about product drops you signed up for, such as:
- a reminder shortly before a drop goes live, and
- an alert when the drop is live.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
How often
Message frequency varies. You will usually get a text only around the drops you signed up for.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates. We do not charge you for the texts.
Quiet hours
Your texts may arrive later than the time we scheduled them. Automated marketing texts are held overnight and sent the next morning.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts.
- Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us (below).
- You can also email us and ask to be removed.
Carriers
Carriers (the mobile network companies) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported numbers
US and Canadian mobile numbers. Make sure the number you enter is yours, or that you are allowed to use it.
Your information
We use your mobile number only to send you these messages. We do not sell it. We keep a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you used). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Changes
If we change these terms, the new version is posted on this page.
