The HYZER hatchet isn't your normal hatchet or axe! It's one of the lightest modular head-hatchets ever made with infinite customization options. Perfect for camping, backpacking and hard-use, the HYZER has an incredible straight-to-weight ratio by utilizing 6AL-4V Titanium known for it's ability to dampen vibrations as seen in the premium hammer market. This Titanium HYZER hatchet is incredibly durable and backed by our limited lifetime warranty, in fact the HYZER was built for multiple lifetimes. Choose between multiple D2 STEEL head weight options and swap or replace your head at anytime in the future! The HYZER pairs great with custom Paracord wrap giving you a more comfortable chopping experience. Stay tuned for our custom scales which are in the works for both sides of the HYZER handle. I have a lot of exciting future customizations coming and we will be releasing each of these in 2024-25.

I finally designed what I believe is truly the ultimate lightweight modular titanium hatchet and I can't wait for you guys to experience it! Over 3 years ago I tried designing my first fully titanium-handle hatchet and from there on I iterated many times spending way more money that I'd like to admit making samples from 3 different CNC shops. I finally was able to refine my design and find someone who could truly live up to the quality and precise tolerances required for the HYZER hatchet. This hatchet took me years to finally find an affordable way to get this CNC'd at scale at a reasonable price. Using real 6AL-4V Titanium with the complexity of our handle design was very difficult and took me over a year to drive down machine time and processing cost. This is NOT a cheap hatchet to make, but we love designing things that truly are both unique and exceed without the absurd price point!
