A: If you order a plain non-customized Smooth/Slash/Skeleton/Stonewash/Jet-Black TiRant RAZOR V3, ULTRA, AVAIR, Rampant, Maglock, Hyzer, or Latch Lanyard, it should only take 1-3 business days for shipping, however if you choose any “installed” accessory, or choose a “works” edition with anodization, all these are custom built to order and take 3-5 business days (up to a full week) — Sometimes we can ship sooner, but we can’t give an exact time and do appreciate your patience and we do our best to ship as soon as possible. NOTE: all custom builds are built right here in Walla Walla, WA USA one by one in the order received.
A: YES, we ship out a notification with tracking information on all orders that ship. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam and trash inbox. If you ordered a knife with customizations, or an Anodized (colored) product, please wait until at least 5 business days have elapsed to ensure your e-mail for tracking is received. If you still don’t receive anything, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to reply within 48 Business Hours. Thank you so much for your patience!
A: If you’re not sure, we always recommend to have your accessories installed. We don’t make any profit from “install” $6 fee that we charge and this goes to our installers in-house. Most customers want their knife to feel perfect and if we don’t install the accessories or screws we cannot guarantee they will fit perfectly. Some customers also don’t use the correct tools, or damaged tools that can cause further damage to the parts or accessories. You can install any accessory yourself, but it is not recommended unless you are well accustomed with knife assembly, pivot-tuning etc. If you don’t have a butane torch we also don’t recommend doing your own installations because this can be helpful for heating screws perfectly when breaking loose our blue 242 loctite lightly applied to reduce operational failure.
A: If we haven’t shipped it yet, then we can cancel the order so you can re-order correctly. Unfortunately our system makes it very difficult to accurately edit complex custom-built type orders and canceling / re-ordering with a refund is the best bet to ensure accuracy and speed of reliability. We’ll do our best to ensure you stay at the same spot in the queue for custom builds when you re-order unless it’s been past 3 days from the original order date.
A: While we do our best to answer emails first thing Monday, it can take up until the end of the day to work through all the messages sent to us. Please note that our policy is to answer ALL emails within 24-48 business hours. If you send us a message we always do our best to answer soon, but we have a lot of emails and your patience is greatly appreciated as we get to your email and reply as soon as we possibly can. A: So sorry, we’ve been working on this issue but have not been able to fix this. But do know, after check-out, the system updates the address correctly to your zip code.
A: If you check the item’s listing, there may be a lead period for building it. Otherwise, do know we’re doing our best to get orders out the door as soon as possible. We are a small team, so sometimes things can take a bit longer than expected if we get a huge influx of orders. You will get an email from ShipStation once your order ships.
A: We can’t change orders after they’ve been processed, the only thing we can do is cancel and refund your current order and let you re-order everything correctly. If you’d like to do that, please email us and let us know.
A: NO, please only choose “V3” compatible accessories on a “V3” and parts under the “ULTRA” section can work for the ULTRA only.
A: No, the V3 pry bar will not work on the ULTRA, because the ULTRA is a larger knife and therefore all the parts are sized differently. We do have a pry bar option for the ULTRA coming soon!
A: The V3 screw kits only fit on the V3, with exception to the small screws. Please wait for ULTRA anodized screws to be released, or check under the ULTRA products category for parts and accessories to see if we have them in stock – These kits are hot items and well out quick.
We are dedicated to supporting US jobs in the best capacity we can while can. Thankfully your support is already bringing jobs to our small business in Walla Walla, WA as well as other locations in the USA where our parts come from. With this being said like many other USA based brands that start out small like us, we don’t have all the machines we need to complete all the processes ourselves. Some of our products are USA MSDE, however some of our components are also sourced outside of the US, while some products are fully milled in the USA, If the product says “Made in the USA” you will know it was made in the USA. If this message is not displayed, it was most likely assembled in the USA by our build team with globally sourced parts. For example, the TiRant ULTRA knife would cost us around $500 if we made it 100% in the USA (I have multiple quotes that edge around the $500 mark) yet our retail is $160. We do however source as many parts from the USA as possible. All of our custom anodization, assembly, and bearings may come from the USA if you selected those parts.
We are dedicated to continue keeping as many products in the USA if possible and have recently made significant investments into new machines to bring more processes in house. Thanks to your support of our small business in the past few years, we were also able to move from the living room of my house, to a new industrially zoned shop that has over 6000 SQ of available 3-phase ready space. This is just one step to bringing more products and processes home and all thanks to your support!
If you are reading this and you have a shop or know of a good shop with high-capacity and reasonable pricing located in the USA, we have a backlog of projects we can give them for quoting. If we can maintain even half of our margins we have now with globally sourced components we will never turn down 100% USA made manufacturing. The good news is thanks to your support we have already brought multiple of our products back from overseas manufacturing and will continue to push for this as far as is feasibly possible.
